    I don't know if everyone is aware, but there have been some recent developments regarding this.

    This article from last month explains: Landlords to start legal action against BoI and Skipton next month

    The article refers to 'Landlords' because a large percentage of those affected had buy to let mortgages, and the action has been driven by those with buy to let mortgages. However, it also includes those with residential mortgages.

    Despite last year's Financial Ombudsmen ruling, its looking increasingly likely that the mortgage holders may well, ultimately, win this one.
