For someone who doesn't care and not affected you seem very bitter...;)

Do you think this is the end of it then?. WB probably would not of come on board if we put up a good fight lucky I don't have any accounts with them, but it wont be long until I & many others will have with the other Banks that now have the green light. So yes that makes me bitter why come on here whingeing & do nothing ? I feel sorry for the Residential mortgagees as LL can ride the storm.

It also seems strange that many of the 100 who put into a Class Action got the reprieve with the rest of 1200. BoI wanted to weed out the so called trouble makers doesn't mean that we have to turn our backs on the rest. I would still release more funds for court action they need about £200k when you brake it down that's £16 each how's that costly??????

Seems a high degree of self interest in the outcome with a narrow focus. Rather than a more objective view. Highlighting the negatives of course would make people far more wary of committing to the cause.

109 posts and 108 of them about BOI ....... Do you come on the forum just to tout for willing recipients to part with their money and join a group action against BOI?. :rotfl:

Not all. There's a far wider context to what's going on. Which appears to be totally being sidestepped. Or in fact ignored. Had exactly the same debate in 2010 with the Skipton saga. BOi and WBBS seem a re-run. A love in without a reality check you could say. As people become entrenched in a particular mindset. Losing sight of why the lenders are finding it necessary to take this course of action.
