As little as £50 each would raise £615k for a fighting fund. but you'd rather pay thousands over the term, all that moaning you all done, put your money where your mouth is. other Banks will now follow suit as they know no one puts up a fight so don't come on here moaning again when your next tracker goe's up, :rotfl:

Other banks have already changed their T&C's. Skipton BS was back in January 2010 to name one. There's no question that without the change that the Skipton would have been in financial trouble.

So how do these Banks that are in trouble have the funds for bonuses then ?

I did,nt mention WB, Banks in general some of which we bailed out. As you mentioned WB just read on 118 that an affected BoI with 3 accounts also has 2 with WB so take heed,

Just been looking at WBBS 2013 accounts.

Amongst the headlines on page 1.
Pre-tax losses reducing for the fourth consecutive year to £9.4m (2011/12: £9.5m), despite challenging economic conditions.

With 60% of group lending targeted towards BTL. Explains why the recent move.

Little point in generalising. As that won't win a legal battle.

WBBS losses on property was £0.5m Directors Remuneration bonus & other benefits £300k. £9.4m loss was the other sectors of the Bank. So they should,nt target LLs.

60% of their lending book is BTL business.

So I'm sure that the WBBS is looking well into the future. Another 2/3 years of BOE base rate may well be the real problem.
