Read the response on 118, agree that those who initally bought a lifetime tracker have a good case based on correspondence from BOI to the treasury committee. I think you can easily do this yourself by writing to BOI with supporting docs.
Will be interesting to hear the response from the barrister for those affected whose deal reverted to a tracker for both residential and BTL ..... I don't think they have a strange case and if barrister thinks they could win think it's worth pursing the class action. Would need to understand on what grounds the barrister thinks they have a case though.0 -

that was B.O.I response to WICH so wouldn't expect anything else,,but at least more coming on side and attacking B.O.I decision to (wholly unfair) increase the tracker rate. BANKS know a lot about running banks don't they, into the ground that's why they are robbing us0
