Leftover Pork
Comments

I normally stir fry it with some onion and some veg - normally peppers or spring onions maybe. What ever you have in. Add some chilies and soy sauce and serve it with noodles or sticky rice0

I love it done in a casserole- although a friend told me recently you're not supposed to do pork like this? Anyone know why?
I find that roast pork can be a bit chewy as leftovers (esp. as I tend to put the best bits out the first time round!) but once casserolled (sp?) it really is delicious. I just treat it as I would any other meat- not killed anyone yet...Don't suffer alone - if you are experiencing Domestic Abuse contact the National Domestic Abuse Helplines

Cold roast pork is delicious as the fat keeps it so moist. I'd serve a meal of cold roast pork slices with baked spuds, pickles and a winter salad like coleslaw or waldorf salad or braised red cabbage ..yum.
Use the rest in sandwiches0
