    you can reheat the pork . i wouldnt advise reheating port thought as it would remove the alcohol

    i would do it till its hot

    I would put onions in a frying pan, sweat, add gravy then add the meat and heat through.

  • I'd pour a bit of gravy over the pork before heating in the microwave as this will help keep it moist

    Thats just what I did and it was FAB. DH enjoyed it and the bonus was the kids loved it too. :T

    Really glad you liked it craftycrofty. It's what my Mum does on a Monday night with most left over roast meats! Dad and I always used to know what to expect but I'm not inflicting it on my OH every week! We love it with mash to soak up the gravy and some greens also left over from Sunday lunch! :grin: Really glad someone liked what I do! :rotfl:

  • i would definately use it today! in fact tuesday is often use up day for any roast meat leftover if we have a roast on sunday.
