Egg and breadcrumb it and then fry in a little oil - pork Schnitzels (maybe with noodles ????)

stir fry with some veg and noodles
curry
sweet & sour
special fried rice
mix into baked beans and add some chopped onion for jacket potato filling
mix with tin of chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic, chilli and stir into pasta

Hi All

We're having roast pork on Sunday. It's quite a large joint so I am expecting to have a lot leftover. I'd really appreciate your suggestions on what to do with the leftovers? Pork sandwiches aren't very appealing.
