I have said it before, but the pork and tallegio lasagne from economy gastronomy is SOOO good, we love it, and will buy extra big pork joints to make room for it
Also the pork and ginger noodle stir fry is very good from economy gastronomy-designed for belly pork you cook fresh but is VERY good with leftover chunks. is pretty good in a thai curry too.

How about cutting the meat into small chunks and stir in a tablespoon of plun sauce or hoisin sauce and fry it all up untill it's all coated and coloured.
Then use the pork to make Pork fried rice!0 -
Pork's lovely in a Thai style curry - I usually cook extra just so I can make one!Back after a very long break!0
