  • Hi bjb,

There's an existing thread with lots of ideas for using up leftover pork so I've added your thread to it to keep the suggestions together.

There's a thread on pan haggerty that might help you with a recipe, from what I can see it's usually made with corned beef, but it should be fine with pork:

  • I have said it before, but the pork and tallegio lasagne from economy gastronomy is SOOO good, we love it, and will buy extra big pork joints to make room for it :D

Also the pork and ginger noodle stir fry is very good from economy gastronomy-designed for belly pork you cook fresh but is VERY good with leftover chunks. is pretty good in a thai curry too.
    Hope this helps :)

How about cutting the meat into small chunks and stir in a tablespoon of plun sauce or hoisin sauce and fry it all up untill it's all coated and coloured.

Then use the pork to make Pork fried rice!

Pork's lovely in a Thai style curry - I usually cook extra just so I can make one! :)
Back after a very long break!
