Ooh if its savoury stuff you like, s&v crisps, ritz or tuc biscuits, pitta bread and humus, celery and peanut butter are done of my favourites and help you not get too hungry (and subsequently feeling sick)0

Vic3 I have a similar problem with feeling sick all the time but not actually being sick (tho I have been sick twice) and all I've found helps is having something small to nibble when I'm feeling queasy.
I tried ginger biscuits cos lots of ladies said they help but they didn't stop my queasiness, but I did have luck with Tuc and Ritz crackers.
Relied on them very heavily in weeks 5-8 then I moved on to walkers ready salted and now salt and vinegar crisps. I also tried travel sickness bands on my wrists which helped for a few days in the earlier weeks but weren't v effective in the long run.
I'm 11+3 now and thankfully it's died down a bit now and I only feel sick at night before bed. And on that note, goodnight all, I feel sick and it's past my bedtime!0 -
Oh it took me so long to type that on my phone that Lemonmelon beat me to it!! Hehe!
Yes lollies helped me too - fruit flavour ice lollies (apple cider lollies are my new fave!) or mini milks0 -

Just back from scan and it was bad news
The yolk sac is still there but nothing growing in it. I've to go back on Friday for a second opinion and to decide how I want to proceed (tablets or let it come away naturally). I'm really quite sad, as had decided I was pregnant
Had I been told this 2 weeks ago, I would have been fine, but it's been such a long 2 weeks.
They said cos I'm still breastfeeding that could have confused my hormones. Oh well, will just need to wait until Friday now. They will probably say everything is fine and I'll have to get my head around the whole thing again :rotfl:
Take care girlies xxx0 -
Oh counting, I'm so so sorry to hear this

Oh counting down the days, I'm so so sorry to read that, will be a long wait until Friday. Huge hugs xx
AFM - auntie (like a second mom to me, my little one called her Nan) unexpectedly passed away last night. Happened to pop round teatime, her friend had called paramedics. Called hospital last night to see how she was and what ward she was on, just to be told to get there straight away. She had died minutes before I called. I'm devastated and just keep thinking if hubby was home, I would've gone in ambulance with her and would've known how bad she was, to be able to say goodbye. Can't stop sobbing yet trying to stop as worried stress caused me to mc before Xmas. Nobody knows I'm pregnant yet and I'm gutted I never got to tell her. Anyone been through something traumatic early on that can give me tips on trying to de-stress? I'm just a mess. XxDD1 June 1997
