Hope everything is ok Maire and Angel. Many positive vibes sent your way. If its a little consolation, I had lots of bleeding - like the first day of a period. It was lucky that I randomly had a pack of sanitary towels in the glove box! Was such a relief to see the heartbeat, even DH shed a tear!

I was reading the EPU leaflet and it said "A baby's heartbeat on ultrasound is reassuring. In the presence of a heart beat there is a 85-97% chance of your pregnancy continuing".

Hope everyone is ok. There's a rhubarb crumble and custard in the fridge calling me x

Glad things are looking up Miffy and Angel, thinking of you both. Maire - really hope things are OK for you too.

In terms of temperature, I'm going from one extreme to another, one minute freezing cold, the next boiling hot. No clue what's going on

Forgot to say, MV - the scan dated me at 6+3 but by my LMP I'm 6+6. That dates further on, so will stick with that for now!

Hi how's everything going? ... does anyone have period like pains but not pains just a bit uncomfortable if that makes sense !! As im old didn't know if it was just me and after two miscarriages I dunno what to think ! Going to try for a scan a 7 wks what do you all tbinm ?

I've been getting period cramps for over a week now. Got my booking in on wednesday so will ask then, don't remember it being like this when I was pg with my dd.

I do. Def not pain (have had really bad period pain since coming off the pill) but now it just feels uncomfortable from time to time. I would describe mine as mild period type discomfort.

Sick of the morning all day and night sickness now struggling to keep anything down i have a trusty bowl that follows me everywhere. Im so tired and cold due to not being able to eat properly.
Nothing works ive tried every remedy seems im destined to be best friends with the toilet

Ditto... I've ended up telling my line manager because I've been struggling with the commute and don't want him thinking I'm shirking. I've also spoken to my gp who it's giving me a six week sick note saying I'm able to work with changes to my routine i.e. work from home, go in later etc.

To add to all of that I sat on the stairs a little whole ago crying my eyes out. All DH had done is ask if I'm ok! I told him I'm tired of feeling sick all the time and being permanently exhausted. I don't think he quite understood how sick I'm feeling. I'm so bloated that even my pyjama bottoms are starting to feel uncomfortable.

In good news, I got my booking appointment through today for the 19th. I'll be a little over 9 weeks then. Almost 10, actually.

Hope you're ok maire - my post must seem so insensitive to you. I genuinely don't mean to come across so miserable...
