Thanks onlyway. Have just got in from work and it's finally sunk in that its my scan tomorrow. Only got to work the morning then I've to the whole day free to panic about it lol Scan is at 3:20.

Kscarlet - I don't know whether it was a bit premature but my mom bought us a set of tots bots 2set nappys from the show. Really good deal. Have done quite a lot of reaserch about them and they seem one of the best & they are based in Glasgow so they are more local than most being part of the uk.

Only 17 hours left till my scan xx

Good luck for tomorrow Amy. It'll all be fine and at nearly 14 weeks you will be able to see so much! It'll be a great pic and an experienced sonographer would probably be able to take an educated guess at the sex (not that they will!) xx

This is my first, but I hope for more How old are your little girlies and when are you planning on sharing the news? They will be so excited!

Amyloo, I'm up being sick too! I'm 9 weeks today (it seems to drag for some reason) and my booking in appointment with the midwife is this morning .
I'm excited because it will allow me to talk about baby out loud to someone else than my husband!
Good luck for your scan this afternoon Amy, I'm sure it will be worth the wait.

I am planning on not sharing the news for as long as possible lol. I will tell other half tonight! I had a miscarrage last year when i was around 8/9 weeks so would rather not tell people until I need to

Question to all you wise folks. Do I need to book and arrange my first 12 week scan appointment or does the hospital have my details and contact me with a date?

Im 9+5 today so only a few weeks away. Not sure if I need to be more proactive and call up to arrange or if it will be done for me. For some reason I thought the midwife I saw said they will arrange it for me, but OH said he didn't hear her say that.

Have just finished my weeks worth of antibiotics they gave me for my uti. Not sure what I need to do now with that. They didn't tell me to go back for a check up or anything. So confusing all this preg related stuff. And I still don't know my blood results!! Phoned yesturday and still nothing. grrrrrr

Yeah, I think most places just send out a letter when you get to 10 or 11 weeks. Some do it a lot earlier. At my previous 12 week scans I have always arranged the 20 week scan there and then so atleast it makes booking time off work a little easier.

If you don't hear anything in the next week I would be tempted to ring the hospital unit just to ask
