Sorry for not posting much. Have been on hols and been feeling v ill with tiredness and sickness. Its frightening me as it reminds me of my molar pregnancy My car is in for fixing as well which means walking to work and that I couldn't pop to the shop for what I fancied for tea which led to a massive retching session

Abis21 i know that feeling !! Cant get hungry or end up retching and have the most strange things that I want to eat !!!!

12 weeks today. Yippee :j I remember with DD I had my 12 week scan at 11+6, so would have had it by now. I still can't remember what time, so need to dig out my letter. I hope it's around lunchtime so we can go out to eat before/after.

I'll be 12 weeks tomorrow, can't believe it! and have my scan on Friday - So nervous!!

Me too, as soon as I feel a bit hungry I start retching. But i can never work out what I want. Really i just want chips and crisps but I can't have them for every meal :rotfl: sometimes a satsuma helps or an ice lolly

Quick question when did people start joining club's etc did people wait til 12 weeks ?

Ah Abi, hope you're feeling better soon lovely. It's rotten but it will be so so worth it for your forever baby. Hormones can make you super sick in loads and loads of totally normal pregnancies so don't you go worrying too much about it being a sign of anything- keep your chin up girl :-)

Our scan today was incredible! Podge was wiggling around all over the place and we got a great look at his nose and arms and legs. I'm absolutely delighted to be graduating from this thread for all the right reasons after so much sadness last year.

Wishing you all the very best luck and hopefully we'll have loads of lovely babies by Christmas :-)

My 'cravings' if you can call them that keep changing too so I never have in what I am fancying - most annoying!!

Today I wanted grapes and strawberries - but now I've probably eaten too much of them cos I feel a little sick still after eating!!

Yesterday I ended up having mash potato for tea, cos that's my comfort food. I did eat a lot of that during my pregnancy with DD too Whilst making it tho I had a really bad retching session. I think the cooking smells are starting to get to me now too

I won't be joining any clubs etc til after 12 weeks tooold, but it is a personal choice. I would have found it too upsetting for them to be mailing me after my miscarriage last year, and even if you wait til after 12 weeks you still get the same amount of free stuff etc.

Oh yeah I went through a pretty serious pick n mix phase! couldn't get enough red cables (the ones with white in the centre) and fizzy sweets too!

I am not joining anything till after my scan - all being well I'll take my emma's diary and bounty forms into boots/argos/asda/etc to get the free packs and also sign up for the boots baby club as 10 points to the £1 is awesome!

Yay lemonmelon so glad it was a good scan!
