How to sign up to the Talk Talk £7 deal? UPDATED THURSDAY

Hi everyone, I was drawn to this offer by the love2shop £70 especially because the MSE email says you can use it at B&Q. I really want to buy new kitchen cupboard doors and they are going to cost me £100
. So the £70 would be a great help. I'm very sad to report that this information is wrong
I have checked with the live chat on love2shops website. Gutted !!!!
Oh you mean the MSE email is wrong. Sorry to be a bit thick!
This link shows where the vouchers are accepted:

Hi thanks, yeah I know they'd say anything probably and it'll no doubt turn into a hassle like it was with Primus at first if we decide to switch. I'm holding fire to see where we stand with our current supplier, and see how other people get on with this deal. Don't want to rush into anything.
Know what you mean. Am currently on BT live chat to find out the cancellation procedures. My concern is if I find I've not line for a while if Talk Talk delay setting it up and Bt accept my cancellation request! That would not be good!0 -
Mmmm/ The website say the voucher isn't available for 'new line customers'. Not sure what that means...0

Wrong way around. Get your MAC (not the same as cancelling) from BT, give it to TT. Don't contact BT until you have a switch date from TT.
You are in danger of a gap in service, and a £30 cease charge from BT for migrating your broadband without a MAC.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -

It means what it says-you need to have an existing working landline. Which you do, since you are on BT.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -

So? Sell the vouchers to someone who will use them.0 -

Thanks. I wondered if it meant new to TT.
I was really only posting it for other people who might be interested. The Quidco cashback (assuming it will track OK!) would be better for me as I don't often shop at the places for love2,0 -

Thanks. Don't think I need a MAC as it's only the line rental I would be transferring...?0 -

I don't follow you. TT Essentials, which is what this offer is, is a bundle of line rental, calls and broadband.
If you move your line rental to TT, then you will be on an LLU service and can't have your broadband with anyone else.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
That's true macman, but my broadband and phone calls are with AOL. TT's live chat assured me that I don't need to do anything towards setting Essentials up(though I am cancelling BT myself to be sure that doesn't continue).0
