Anyone got A2DP bluetooth working using the Tornado hack ?Just a mention but for anything technical including software, upgrades, TOM TOM!!! , etc.THIS is the forum to use.
It'd be more sensible to keep all of the technical follow-ups info in one place, I think we would all agree.:)It'll save having to switch back & forth between threads.Plus the answers to most your questions
can be found there.
????????????????
.Duh!!.............shakes head in dismay
Does anyone read back more than TWO posts?"Unhappiness is not knowing what we want, and killing ourselves to get it."Post Count: 4,111 Thanked 3,111 Times in 1,111 Posts (Actual figures as they once were))Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.0 -
Actually I posted an indepth question there about this on that thread but nobody answered and just as an off chance that someone had done the a2dp hack reading only this thread I posted a quickie.

Well, I want to thank the OP again for this, as I've spent the last few days fiddling with the phone and am simply amazed at what this £30 machine can do! I've got a 5 day weather forecast for my local area as a home page, I've been watching Simpsons episodes on it (with the help of a rather snazzy media player for Windows Mobile 5 smartphones). I've got TTM5 with Ireland, UK and Western Europe maps running on it, plus countless games and other such bumpf. I've still got space on the phone for more....the question is, there's so much stuff to choose from!In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

What's wrong with Media Player 5?? And what format files are you watching on? I'm trying to get this to work with MP4 files with little success, and WMV files are a pain to create.
I'm using coreplayer. It plays everything I've thrown at it. I like being able to rotate the screen and messing with the equalizer, too.

If you go for the Virgin 200 free mins deal on this
- How long do you get to use those minutes up? Can you use them up over the course of the next year for example?
- Is it possible to distribute them between, say, 2 different Virgin phones?0 -
Damn came to this late and they're all sold out apparently... and there's me sitting with an unused Virgin contract SIM.0

The voucher has to be registered before 30th June and can only be applied to one number. You get 100 minutes per month with the first 100 minutes running for a month after registration, the second 100 minutes then kicks in thereafter. Can't remember whether any unused minutes from the first month rolls over to the next month.0 -

New ones still showing in stock http://www.virginmobile.com/vm/viewProduct.do?productId=270E365D-DE51-40C9-A1F9-C875204C9950 - £42.98 delivered before Quidco if you have an existing registered SIM in which case you would get the £10 off to get to the £42.98. That would also come with the 200 free minutes voucher.0
