My Lobster arrived and is great, TV quality incredible for size and price, radio perfect.

I'm hoping to unlock the phone and use my work's 02 sim card in there, if I do how will I go on about the TV registration and license?

You need to have a virgin sim in to licence the TV (and pay for the licence when that becomes necessary), but once it's licenced you don't need to keep a virgin in. (Though you will need to pop in a virgin each month to renew the licence)

I do wish that Virgin CSR's would be more sure of the facts before making statements.

THEY HAVE NO MORE RECON FONES IN STOCK!!!!!

They only have the £39. NEW stocks.:)

I was told 2 days ago on 789 at Virgin that recon phones are never orderable by phone, it has to be done online (if there are any showing there). Fact or fiction?

Just a note for those who did not get 200mins on a refurd phone. I was told by Virgin sales when I first took out the phone that if I got the joining pack then I would get the offer. However no 200mins voucher came.

I rang and complained and got a result today £10 added to my number better than 200mins as I can leave it on the account for longer than 2 mths.

When it says it comes with 30mb memory for pictures and tunes, you can supplement this - i take it with the standard memory cards, so I could buy a 2gig one and treat this as an MP3 player ?

    Thanks
    Sal x

i think it takes micro sd cards
