I typically only spend £10 p/month and I had £20 to use towards a new phone. It depends how much you spend with them.

Its £10 discount per £100 you have spent

can someone clrify how to get the 19.99 one. some have said you need a virgin number yet the sales line says the its for new customers only.
plus my brovs spoke to 3 people now and they are all saying that you cant buy WITHOUT the sim, has anyone bought a 19.99 one withouit the sim today?

If you read the thread, you'd find that I did this morning.
Initially I called the 0845 number to speak to the sales team, I was told by one of the guys there that they don't have it for £19.99 but £29.99 with a sim card. I told him I didn't need a sim card as I already had a virgin payg sim. He refused to sell it any cheaper. I then hung up and called 5 mins later. A guy picked up. I thought it might have been the same bloke that I spoke to, so I hung up on him.

Did it another time then decided to try 789 from my virgin sim. First call was the right one, I spoke to a nice lady who told me they had reconditionned lobster phones for £19.99. Placed my order without any problems.

As I am aware you will not get any offers if you do not have the joining pack?

For those that have got the recon lobster. Mine came without the 200min voucher. I rang up 789 and asked why. They said sorry i should have had them they wil ring in a couple of days to tell me how they will add the extra mins. My only fear is to be careful not to log on to web sites as it seems to be very easy.

Right you lot. I haven't read all of this thread but when I saw that I could get one for £20 I had no choice.

    Gotta have it.

This is the problem with this damn site - something comes along that i would not have missed in THREE lifetimes, if I didn't have it, yet, cos you lot have gotten so carried away with the excitement I just had to find out what all the fuss was about.

Got mine coming tomorrow and I'm now £20 poorer.

better be worth it is all I can say!

Oh, And THANKS Esp the OP.

Thanks to OP, as I have just ordered one.

Quick question, I am with virgin for cable tv etc so I have the sim card deal of 300 min and 300 texts for £10 per month, can I put this sim into the phone and still access the tv for the 3 months?

    Thanks
