I would suggest you guys don't support this service at all. Use the trial if you want, but do not hand over a penny.
Reason?
They do not provide subtitles for deaf people. Also on top of that since it's Sky, Sky doesn't even do subtitles on their Sky Go services as well.
So don't bother with this company until they pay respect.
Go with Netflix - they are the only pay provider to do subtitles, the more support they get, the better their service will be.
Before any of you bad mouth this perfectly good reason - it's illegal to discriminate against disabled people. I'm just asking for your support.0 -
Hi pullenuk, I have Sky and this is not something I have ever noticed (fortunately my hearing is ok). That is amazing if that's the case that they don't do subtitles. Its not even just for deaf people, there are lots of people out there who are hard of hearing that surely need to use subtitles.0

When sky player was launched over two years ago I been in discussion with them. They never gave honest answers and even when they said its coming soon. Here we are two years later and they are still not providing. I already had them admit since there is no legal requirements to provide they will not do it so I left. Not once they offer me a deal to match what I can actually watch.
Sky are cowboys. Charging high prices for naff all TV. Netflix charge a fraction of Sky and a huge amount of their collection (with 100%) coming 2014. Netflix suffered a major court case in America and lost hence why they provide subtitles. Sky im hoping will suffer this soon and I hope they get a HUGE bill.0 -
Whilst at £8.99 Nowtv are ok.
There are some gems if you haven't been to the flicks for a while.
@ £15 from month 5, not really worth it as too limited a choice to justify.
(I'd rather have Netflix or Lovefilm Instant (or both) for that kind of money) Good both are accessible on the wii too! Nowtv needs to be on the wii too.
Also they are not straight-forward in play-back. They have some annoying browser compatibility issues that crop up from time-to-time. (even ipad playback can misbehave)
