I have not received mine and have just been on live chat with NOWTV to find out what is going on. They claim they have no record of that code on my account at all and are being really rude to me. I definitely entered the code. What can I do?

I've not gone mine either... not had chance to chase it up, MSE can you help, best way to contact them about this offer??

I have tried the free trial and to be honest wasn't greatly impressed. No HD option (at least that I could find) and very low resolution. Didn't have any buffer issues as my broadband is pretty quick and stable but the picture quality was not great.
