Hello,

I signed up for the free Now TV trial and want to ensure I don't get charged the £8.90.

I have turned Auto renew to 'OFF' but just to be sure I was going to close my account before 30/03/2013.

If I close my account is there a risk of me not getting my free cinema tickets?

Also, is there a way of checking which movies I have watched to confirm Now TV have a record of me watching more than 90 minutes?

so.. for those of us who did this (thanks again MSE!), today's the day for the free cinema codes to be sent. Would be great to hear if anyone got them, I've been checking and nothing yet.. I'm going to the cinema tomorrow so would be SO handy for these to come through in time to book!

kenyan, as long as the auto renew is OFF, you won't get charged. As to whether closing your account might risk not getting the tickets, I'm afraid I don't know - but hopefully they'll be emailed from today (30 days from sign up).

They probably have been out the office the past few days, probably fair to give them a few days?

I didn't realise they were electronic codes even.

Their community board had a question on this, the NowTV reply:

All eligible customers will me emailed the codes between 28th March 2013 - 5th April 2013. You will then be able to redeem these codes online. If you do not receive your codes after this date please don't hesitate to contact us again.

Hi I signed up to NOW TV for the free 30 days and watched much more than the stated 90 minutes and used the code that was available for this. I received an email telling me that i would receive my free tickets via email on or around 28th March, i still don't have them?

I have signed up for a second month of this as they offered me a £20 giftcard to start the subscription again. So, will cancel it at the end of this month.
