I haven't got my tickets yet either, and agree the service isn't worth the price they want to charge for it when hooking up the laptop to the TV is such a pain, unstable, buffering all the time and no HD.

They asked for my feedback, so that's what I told them!

NowTV are now saying that people wont be receiving their tickets up until 30 days after their free trial finishes. Sorry don't have link but there was a message today on their community section. Wondering if its stalling tactics? Will we ever receive the codes?

Up to the 28th of April seems to be rather different to the timeframe stated by MSE :eek:

'How do I get my cinema tickets? The cinema tickets will be sent in the form of an e-ticket, via the email address you use to sign up to Now TV. They'll be sent at the end of the free trial (around the 28 March) - make sure you check your junk folders if you can't see them.'

Seeing as MSE must have made a ton of cash from all of us signing up perhaps you could let us know when we can expect our vouchers :cool:

Thanks for all your comments about the Cineworld tickets.

I have chased this up with Now TV and it has said those who qualify for the offer will receive their tickets within the next couple of weeks (before the end of April).

I have updated the guide to reflect this.

Well at least the £20 voucher offer was processed a bit faster, I've just received details on how to claim mine, perhaps their ears were burning :rotfl:

I have also received my £20 voucher this afternoon, but like everyone else am still awaiting my cinema tickets. Anyway autorenewal now turned off for the second time!
