Missed the page where you submit the code for movie tickets. Contact NOW TV but they won`t accept code after you`ve registered, so make sure to use your code !!

Signed up to this and tried to watch Now TV using my ipad that was purchased abroad.

I couldn't get it to work.

After doing some research, it turns out Sky only support ipads that are purchased in the UK.

Netflix and Lovefilm have worked fine for me in the past. I've never had an issue with Sky Go.

Used my code, entered my payment details etc and now page has been hanging for 45 mins on the payment page. Don't know what to do? Anybody else had this

I can't figure this out, I'm up to the page where you set up payment and I haven't been asked to enter the code? I'm reluctant to proceed as I don't want to miss out on the free cinema tickets.

Hi WLITC, there should be a box on the payments page, where you put in a voucher code:

Thanks I tried the code first time and it didn't work so I assume it meant a different type of code. Re-did it and its worked. Although saying that I just realised its still hanging on the payment page, basically I clicked enter and its still doesnt appear to have completed the transaction.

I've signed up, I had the You View box free on trial, had seen this but hadn't wanted to pay to try it so this is ideal, with 2 free cinema tix, even better so hope it goes smoothly!

Had no issues on the sign up, using Safari, all went through quickly and easily.

Not yet tried to log in on the tv.. will do so later and update

I got the same thing, been hanging on that page for about 15 mins or so I think. Did it eventually work with you or do you have to go in and redo it?

It is still hanging for me an hour and a half later, don't really want to click back in case it sets it up twice or I miss out on using the code. Can anyone from MSE resolve the issue?
