Nicki - I didn't think the film was as graphic as the book to be honest and I think this goes for most books/films as books have to describe things in great detail to get their point across. This is also true of the film Seven with Brad Pitt - the book is horrific in it's description of the delivery of the 7 deadly sin punishments, but the film leaves it more to your imagination. Hope this helps.

Thanks. I've only read the first chapter as I got distracted before. Some of my colleagues at my old job read it and said it was very upsetting. Going to do a couple of little jobs and then will read it until 10pm. I was surprised to see it on the reading list for DD as she's only 11/12, then again when I went through the recommended reading list there were quite a few books I wouldn't have thought suitable for her age group, but I've added them to an @m@zon list and will slowly work my way through them as I find them cheap as I've not read most of them myself! ;)

Flying wise...erm....I've decluttered tea, and a cup of decaf coffee, plus a couple more episodes of a programme with DD. I'm trying to formulate a plan of action for tomorrow now I've realised the bank doesn't open until 9.30 but I'll be up and out by 9am as I need to go and see a customer. Oh well, I'll think of something :)

Morning all. Well I am up early as planned. Just finishing breakfast, I then have two hours to fly. First job is dusting our bedroom as I didn't get round to that last week and then I'll see what I can tackle from the lists.

Will update later. Have a great day everyone.
