Good. But don't forget there is interest owed to you on the online saver, which won't be earning much interest. You will need to transfer again when this is paid (August).

If you click onto one of your Cash ISA account pots (doesn't matter which one as they are one Cash ISA really) you should find how much you have contributed to your Cash ISA this year hasn't changed because of the transfer :)

This is again correct :), thank you!

I was thinking of seeing what the interest rate of the flexclusive issue 1 changes to and keeping the online issue 6 for now to transfer back into as an option, because the interest rate on that is 2.6 until 2014 at least.

That is an even better idea.

    :D Glad you approve!
  • Hi all,

I currently have a Nationwide Web ISA Issue 2 but when logging in this morning, they seem to be offering me the Flexclusive 2.5% ISA.

Does anyone know if I can transfer the balance of my other ISA into this new account? Don't really want 2 ISAs on the go?

Also anything I should know about the Flexclusive or is it just a standard easy access ISA?

    Thanks!

I saw that a couple of days ago. Pretty sure I read the T&Cs and it said new money only.

Does that then mean you can have 2 Nationwide ISAs?

You can distribute you annual allowance across more than one Nationwide ISA (and of course transfer previous years' ISAs where transfer in is allowed).

Question is why you would normally do that

You might want easy access to some of your money, and lock away the rest in a fixed rate account.
  • Sorry, I'm not explaining myself very well.

I have a web ISA with Nationwide and want to open the flexclusive ISA, but transfer my money from the web to the flexclusive.

I therefore only want one ISA.

Will Nationwide let me transfer my current balance on the web ISA to the flexclusive ISA?

    Thanks!

No. You can't transfer to the flexclusive ISA Issue3 (You can to Issue 1).
