Thanks for all you advice. He woke up after about 20mins from the 8pm nap . Then took final feed at 9.30.... Oh and another at 10.10 as he wasn't sleepy, then offered again at 11 as wide awake still. Sat up watching tv until 11.30 as he drifted off, put him in crib, then wide awake and I think he finally went to sleep at 1am... Either that or I went to sleep anyway whilst the party in the crib continued!
OH said this morning "ooooh he's slept through" I replied that I didn't think 5hrs 1-6 counted....... Sleepy mummy.x0 -
Sam I remember when we took our neice to get her hair cut as her curls were out of control too (with her mum's permission). MIL freaked that her princess curls had been cut off.... Still don't think she's forgiven us deep down 6yrs later!0

Lazywife I hate to say it but the general consensus is that 5hrs is sleeping through for babies.0

Hi delain. All good
boiling lol.
Gilly gave me a recipe for savoury muffins. I've had to stop myself from eating them! A friend and her LG had one each too and loved them!
Lazywife... You live in hope that they'll do two back to back or stretch out to 7/80 -
Hello ladies  I haven't been on for ages!
LO has been up and down mood wise but seems to be settling a bit due to the cooler weather :j Who'd have thought we'd get a heatwave north of the border?! Saying that I like the heat but LO does notIt didn't help that he had his last lot of jabs last week on the hottest day so far.
I hope everyone is ok...sorry to hear that some babies aren't well and hope they get better soon.
Does anyone else's LO have excema? LO seems to be getting a bit better with the doublebase gel that was prescribed. I have to put it on every morning and night and when required during the day but he screams at me all the time when I'm putting it on. I takes a while to do as I have to wait until it sinks in and reapply it until it sinks in no more. Hubby takes his turn too which helps as I just can't deal with the screaming. We are very gentle with him so it doesn't hurt....I think he just doesn't like the cream on him. We distract him with toys, singing etc but does anyone have any other ideas?
And the royal baby is nearly here....yay! I think it will be a boy but it would be nice if it is a girlSPC 9 # 5360
