Couldn't agree more with what Gilly wrote above. Charlie is the same age, and going through the exact same thing. Nappy changes i dread too. I usually end up giving him a treat or some warm milk, plus have lots of toys to hand to him every 5 seconds lol. Its a nightmare!! A very testing age is so many ways. BUT!!! At the same time, we've come so far, and i just love love love every day with him now. Yes it can still be hard, but its all so worth it. Sorry so short, but i'm just leaving work. Just wanted to echo my agreement with Gilly xxDFD February 2012

Just waiting for DH to be able to go out and pick it up for me). We bathe him once a week as anymore than that dries his skin out more and this is what we were advised by the HV.0

Sorry to hjack a little was wondering is it not normal for a 9month old to bite?
We went to see a childminder we was thinking of going to and she was letting him play with her hands and well...he grabbed them and put them straight in his mouth and bit her...but her reaction was pure shock and she looked at me and said Does he normally do that?!? and well honestly I just said yes.
Thing is he's just turning 9months and doesn't have any sense of right and wrong atm (well hardly lol) and its not that he is intentionally being nasty he just puts everything in his mouth atm !!
Am I wrong to think this is normal at his age?0 -
Giving water to a 8 week old for constipation helps right?
This stay down milk has bunged him up and today he cried while passing poo, I've rubbed Vaseline on him but wondering if water actually helps? Like one thing after another poor lad!Newly Married, not a 2b anymore!! Mum to two wonderful boys!0 -
I believe water can be given Mrsh2b. There are other options too which I'm sure some other ladies can offer more advice on. Just wanted to chip in and say a friend's LB has had many of the issues you are facing and it is something he is starting to grow out of now at 5 months0

Thanks Banama. I bet I seem really moany constantly writing about how hard we have it lol but I'm a lot more positive today, my lo has only cried once for anything other than food, wind or tired, so it's been easier.
Roll on 5 months I say!Newly Married, not a 2b anymore!! Mum to two wonderful boys!0 -
