We've not 100% deciding who's making the trip to the doctors to get snipped now yet - but we're definitely done! Was going to be hubby going to get snipped (well at one point in the hospital with him forgetting I was walking at "just had stitches" speed I was threatening to do it for him with a couple of housebricks) but I'm kind of feeling guilty and thinking I should just do it myself now.
The sock-woman on 16 kids this week... unbelievable!Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0 -
We've started discussing number 2
We're planning to get married in summer of 2015 and think this could be a nice time to start trying for number 2. LO would be 3 when number 2 is born which I think is a good age.
First night away from LO tonight and I miss him!!!0 -
I'd like another but not for a while yet, and we definitely need to move first - there's already three of us in our one bed flat, no way we could fit anyone else in! I'd like George to be at school, or at least nursery before number two.
Did everyone have good nights? George slept through til 6.30 again:T.
What has everyone got planned today? We're just going to go for a bit of a walk I think, if the weather is halfway decent.Newborn thread member

I'm 3 weeks in and already can't wait to have more childen but will def wait a couple of years because like the other lady said I had a rubbish first 14 weeks of pregnancy so the thought out having to look after a little one when sick and tired does not appeal to me lolNewly Married, not a 2b anymore!! Mum to two wonderful boys!0

Isn't it an easier operation for men dizzi?0

I'd like another but we've got to buy ours so it's a case of tightening the belts for six months to raise the cash"Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0

I'd like a closer gap between them this time. Freddie's sister is 94 years older than him so they've never really been close."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0

Space is why we have to stop at 2 - can just about manage with their room getting bunk beds in eventually, or with cot beds down the sides for now, but we have no ability to extend into the loft with how our house is constructed (the slopey bits of the roof come down over the corners of the upstairs rooms so we don't have the roof height in the loft), can't easily extend out the back as there's a sewer runs under the existing kitchen extensions all the houses have on and with being under the cloud of HS2 (but just too far away from the line route to get compensated... it's a matter of a couple of 100 metres for us), selling would be difficult for a good few years till it all gets confirmed and sorted out.
As for a good night - Robyn's started the growth spurt so wanted constant food till about 4am, Erin's got a cold with a constant stream of snot down her face so kept waking up unable to breathe - so we ended up with us all in one room - Robyn waking everyone up every 30 minutes!Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0 -

I have a 9 year old for sale. He has been toilet trained, not fussy with food, can read and write and knows how to make his own bed. His interests include arguing with others 14 hours a day, slamming doors when he can't get his own way and Lego. Private message me if you're interested. I'm open to offers.fluffnutter wrote: »I'd like a closer gap between them this time. Freddie's sister is 94 years older than him so they've never really been close.
:rotfl: Jesus. Poor Freddie, I'd be petrified if she was my sister! (No offence)

George has just discovered he can play peekaboo anywhere, anytime, just by pressing his face into the floor and closing his eyes. Giggling like a total lunatic.Newborn thread member
