If possible try and get anything on a seperate ( thus short ) receipt try not to fold the receipt ( I admit I stuff mine straight in my purse ) and when you photograph it have the receipt on a plain surface with nothing else around.
Most of my recent ones I've had to report but I usually get an email back in a short time and its sorted to I don't let it worry me.

I'm going to try and remember to do this from now on, will make things a lot easier I think! I thought about doing it the other day and forgot, now, I think I'll put my items seperately in the trolley and it might prompt me to remember!

What sort of phone do you have? I have an iPhone, and sometimes I seem to need to hold the submit button (and the stich button etc too), for longer than I would have thought necessary for it to go through. Also lately with me it seems to be stuck on "Still working, please wait a minute" for ages, sometimes refreshing it helps....but sometimes it makes it disappear altogether....which is annoying! :mad:

Are your receipts actually going through? By the sounds of it they are, so you should be able to report them, and Shopitize can amend them to the right retailer, price etc.

I was so excited when they started these cashback offers, and the first couple of weeks I bought loads of stuff, but since then, the offers just haven't seemed as relevant for me...
I keep an eye on the coupons thread on here, and usually scan hotukdeals before I go shopping, to see if there are any good deals, but I'm finding it increasingly hard to keep the food bill down - do you agree, or is it me doing it all wrong..?

I wonder if that is relevant at all. Mine is a Samsung Galaxy S2 and the one receipt I submitted with one stitch worked straight away.

DTD & wombling I will not discuss what they are here as this isn't the topic, just for cashback deals but there's plenty of info out there on the forum.
