Only Tesco, Morrisons & Waitrose.
Best bet is to buy at Tesco:money:
I REALLY need to start paying more attention and not just assuming that all the supermarkets are included! Good job it was out of stock then :rotfl:0 -
Morning all,
Please find the replies to your previous question below.
@Georgiegirl1256: Thanks for your suggestions. We do update our offers as soon as they come in. We try to keep the offers up for that duration to ensure that you take full advantage of the deal and receive that maximum amount of redemption.

Got some Whitworths dried onions in Tesco today for the offer on TCB, they were only 24p in Tesco, so after cashback, they worked out at 14p a pack! Don't know if that's Tesco nationwide though as they show at 49p on mysupermarket0

Hi Brad,
I've tried using this form to report to you that I have only received £1 cashback instead of £2 for buying 6 bottles of coca cola online at Tesco despite it showing I have 3 redemptions remaining. When I try to fill in this form, under the retailer list it only shows me asda despite the fact I shop at Tesco and if i click on Asda it tells me I haven't shopped there so I can't continue with my contact! Please advise
Thankyou0 -
According to shopitize if you take up an offer and it expires but then comes back 2 months later then you are not allowed to take it up again as they won't pay you and claim that you have already taken up the offer so if they keep bringing back the same deals when can you take it up again? This is a silly excuse not to pay out as when an offer expires but then comes back 7 weeks later it is a new offer and everyone should be allowed to take it up again once more!! Shopitize is rubbish and therefore I will he sticking to TCB from now on!!0

Shopitize,
Thanks for the message above on how to solve issues, however would it not be better to change your system in some way. Clearly the app/automated checking is very unreliable. TCB and Quidco although different types of companies have far better systems in place. They're not perfect, but they're far more reliable.
I sometimes stand for 15-20mins with my phone trying to scan barcodes. A perfectly clear, filled screen with the barcode yet nothing. It's very unreliable.
The automated process is no better. An ASDA receipt, no folds, creases, recently submitted 18-20 times. Once it recognised the receipt as from WH Smith ??, various times it recorded a date of 01/03/13 when the actual receipt date was 06/04/13, various times it said retailer not recognised, other times it was recognised, but couldn't find the offer product.
To have to faff around for an hour to obtain 30p just isn't worth the hassle, well not until you find a more user friendly and reliable service.
Would I recommend Shopitize to anyone? I'm afraid not, not until something changes.0 -

Does anyone have any hints for submitting receipts on shopitize please?
Every single receipt finds no offer, submits as £0, submits and a different retailer etc etc.
I have stitch the receipts a lot of the time but although I follow the guidelines on the screen it doesn't stitch well?Dream of being mortgage free....
