    I scanned my Asda receipt AGAIN for about the 4th or 5th time, and it still is going though as a Tesco receipt and no offer found, Shopitize is really starting to annoy me now, I'm not sure it's worth the effort anymore....

    yes i am also about to give up with shopitize, scanned product fine
    but have tried about a dozen times to upload receipt, but no joy

    please help shopitize.

    Hmm... the crunchy nut offer doesn't seem to be showing for me today.

    I had a similar problem on the Cravendale offer - it was an Asda receipt and showed as Tesco when submitted but it has tracked and shows as payable. Incidentally, it seemed to take ages to submit, so I clicked off and was going to re-submit but when I went back into my account it was showing on there.

    I think Shopitize need to make a few tweeks to sort out the various problems, but I guess they are in a learning curve.
    Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift - the present. ;)

    You can upload a receipt to shopitize via web site and change the shop where you got the goods
  • You can also report the receipt if you having trouble inside the app, on the top right hand side in a drop down list.

    Click on the receipt which is causing you trouble and click "Actions" >>>> "Report Receipt" :)

    They will look at you receipt and credit you the reward, so don't give up!!

    I reported it yesterday but haven't heard anything back yet. Hopefully it'll be accepted soon....

    ETA Reported it again (don't think I reported it correctly last time, put text in wrong place?), and within the hour they sorted it, good customer service that way, just need to sort out a few glitches maybe. Anyhow, the £1.20 has gone on and I now have £7.30!

    Have you already redeemed it? Because now my receipt has gone through ok, it's disappeared on mine too. Although, I thought you could redeem them more than once?

    Hmm... the crunchy nut offer doesn't seem to be showing for me today.
    A little tip - I think if you scan the barcode of a product, but then don't buy it, ie if you have a packet of crunchy nut in the cupboard, or just scan it when you're in a shop where it's too expensive, and then don't upload the receipt, then the offer will always stay at the top in the app and won't disappear.
    It's a bit of a pain, but I think it works, because none of mine have disappeared. I'm assuming this is why anyway, because others that I hadn't scanned have sometimes gone.
    I don't think I can hang on til Friday...
