Hi Brad

I know you can only update offers as and when they come in, but it would be good if they updated more often as I'm getting bored of seeing the same things, especially when there is nothing that really interests me.

Things I would like to see are things like more tinned products, ie tuna, salmon, beans, sweet corn etc....cupboard staples. Also, more cleaning products (have stocked up on the polish offer you have on now!) and things like kitchen towelling and toilet roll, essentials that you always stock up on anyhow.

Oh, and things such as magazines, papers etc, think that's it for now :rotfl:

Click on the receipt which is causing you trouble and click "Actions" >>>> "Report Receipt"

They will look at you receipt and credit you the reward, so don't give up!!

Hi Brad,

Some example of offers that I would like:

£5 cashback when you spend £5 (or more) on fresh meat.
£1 cashback when you spend £1 (or more) on bread.
£2.50 cashback when you spend £2.50 (or more) on fresh fruit.
etc...

On a (slightly) more serious note...I would like to see less offers whereby you need to buy 3 of the items.

I have also noted that the cashback amounts have decreased compared to the first month or so...a small increase in the amount paid per item would be great.

The odd 'free' item would help too (like the Ferrero Rocher and Heinz Ketchup). It'll help get our grocery cashback juices flowing.

Totally agree with everything in this post, especially less of the having to buy 2 or 3 items.

Well I signed up to Ladbrookes deposited and played £50, couldn't withdraw my £380 winnings as the play through was 3 grand!!!!! Now topcashback have tracked my purchase at 0.00. Lovely. That put an end to my wanting to play online.
