    Afternoon all,

Hope you all had a nice relaxing weekend. I have been looking through some of your posts and I can see that some of you are having trouble with getting in touch with us. As from today we have launched a new service, Quidco Premium. All active members have been upgraded to this service. The use of this service is included in the £5 retention fee. The new service allows you to chat live to our customer service team so if you have any problems just click on the help tab at the top of the page.

I have of course answered all your questions below.

@Loonytoons: Apologies that your Coke transaction has not been approved. As I have mentioned about we now have the live chat option so I suggest that you pop on that raise this with our customer service team.

@Mihaid: To submit an in-store receipt you need to visit the ClickSnap page, you can do this by clicking here. Once on this page simply click on the blue upload receipt tab and follow the instructions on the page. If you shop online you will need to submit your supermarket login details. You can do this by visiting the settings area and clicking on the ClickSnap tab on the left.

@Georgiegirl256: Some of our deals are exclusive to online customers. This is partly due to the supermarket and to ensure that both online and in-store shoppers are included in the ClickSnap service. I will of course pass this concern on.

    Keep those questions coming!!

    Brad

    Totally agree.

The online only offers don't help me as I live very close to a supermarket and do smaller more frequent shops.

I am quite disappointed as I started off really keen and now find the offers are mainly for stuff I wouldn't buy except for the odd tube of toothpaste and cheese.

Hi, does anyone know if the Chicago town pizzas are available in Iceland? I normally only buy these when they're £1 each. They are currently quite pricey in Asda and Tesco but I did see these at £1.33 in Morrisons yesterday. I'm sure I read somewhere that Iceland are doing them for a pound, just can't remember where now.

    Thanks in advance. :)
