I hadn't even seen the email about becoming a premium member, until I read your post - what's that all about!!! My other half had an email, telling him that his membership is now free, no £5 annual charge, but I haven't got a choice, they've just made me a premium member. There's no way of downgrading to basic, unless I don't make any purchases until my renewal date - what a con!
I am definitely not using my Quidco account until the renewal date, and then downgrading and taking my payout, just out of principle.I don't think I can hang on til Friday...0 -
Hi, does anyone know if the Chicago town pizzas are available in Iceland? I normally only buy these when they're £1 each. They are currently quite pricey in Asda and Tesco but I did see these at £1.33 in Morrisons yesterday. I'm sure I read somewhere that Iceland are doing them for a pound, just can't remember where now.
Thanks in advance.

Is Quidco being a bit temperamental for anyone else today? Went shopping this morning and uploaded a receipt having bought 2 tunas and 2 Dettol. My mum bought the same. On my account only 1 tuna has been confirmed and on my mum's 2 tunas have been confirmed but like mine, no Dettol. Is this normal? Will the other items appear eventually or do they usually show up at the same time meaning they've missed some?
Not sure why they bother asking how many offers we'd like to redeem if they don't take notice of it. I've had to contact Quidco about 3 times since Clicksnap started whereas I've never had to contact TCB.
Also, the Huggies offer appears on my offers list but doesn't on my mum's. I was going to get some tomorrow but not if it's going to disappear.0 -
It's now over a week and my last ClickSnap receipt is still showing as "processing" (in the past it's been 2 days max). Live chat doesn't work. The estimated payout date on one of my tracked purchases has been moved back 6 times in this last week alone. How is this "Premium" membership actually benefiting me?0

I agree, Quidco have lost the plot, I've given up with Shopitize as it just takes too long, TCB have got Snap and Save nailed so congratulations to them.0

Gave up with Quidcon they used to be the best but have been overtaken by others in quality, price and customer care.
Sent an email to support about the Schweppes lemonade, had my receipts but when clicked on the button the offer was not on the list, not had a reply.
Little point in the rest of Quidco if the first £5 gets soaked up (yes I know the click ones do not count towards this) just for them when TCB and even IMutual does not. Those 2 often as good if not better on cashback anyway.
All I need now are some offers on things I buyI started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -
Well I don't know if i'm just lucky but so far I have submitted receipts for 10 items with Quidco and have not had any problems receiving the cashback, albeit the cashback takes a bit longer to go payable compared to Topcashback. The latest receipt for the Huggies wipes which I submitted yesterday is not fully confirmed yet but has tracked ok.
Hope I have not jinxed myself saying the above :cool2:0 -
Quidco is now not just second best to TCB but dead in the water.
TCB offers 5000 Tesco CC points per annum and a better cashback - ALWAYS - and will always match Quidco if Quidco have negotiated a temporary advantage.
I think that 5000 points limit is likely to increase.
Quidco will die because they can't be bothered to negotiate a Tesco CC points redemption deal like TCB.0 -
Just checked my click snap on quidco and an item a few weeks ago has not tracked. I can't find my receipt so have no idea what the item was. Really annoyed as I can't claim if I can't remember what I claimed for. The date and supermarket is showing in list of transactions but I just can't remember what I bought or what the reciept id is. So much for quidco premium.0
