about 3 weeks on and off, it helps coz I remember people like frugal and fbs
I wonder how many of the oldies stayed quit. fbs's post has really made me even more determined to stay stopped

I remember when TNG used to post on here (gone but not forgotten ), he pm'd all the old posters and asked them to come back and let us know how they're getting on, a few did.

Worked both mornings and have to go to smoking room for a brew - coming home stinking of smoke - offered fags but said no.

Also why is it EVERYONE in Blackpool asks if you have a lighter?

Hi all

well I cried last night no really I did!! I found out that I don't actually like vodka & coke tastes different without tab breath!! haha also other things don't taste as nice mayonaise tastes really salty I've gone off coffee & I can't stand tea!! Wish I could go off chocolate haribo sweets biscuits crips....... haha!!

I'm so proud of us all we've all done so well!! and this thread has been like my saviour!! I'm feeling positive today I don't feel as tired & only had a few weird dreams last night so maybe I'm getting there!!??

Anyway I'm off to have my mexican food my big brother has made me my fav he only makes it when he wants something but he made it cos he's soooo proud of me!! altogether now ahhh!! haha
