its not going anywhere yet !! In fact have been rubbish about exercising the last couple of weeks, haven't really done any !! My 4 times a week gym visits have fallen by the wayside !!
stayed at a nice hotel the last couple of nights and ate nice food, had good wine (not too much though !) and have been a lazy moo.. Starts tonight !!

:j thank you all. My mum is coming over to see me for 2 weeks, she lives abroad. I dont get to see her often but she is a smoker and wont give up. The trouble is I dont want her smoking in the flat coz I know im gonna want one, I might be sneaky and take one and have it when she is not looking-just like i use to when I was a young tenager and i 1st started smoking:eek:

Its a bit cold for her to go out in the garden,as she is old and has bad arthritis-you would think that would make her give up even more but no she doesnt. The fact my dad who she split up with when i was a kid and my uncle both died from lung cancer doesnt put her of either. She is all alone abroad, where she lives and doesnt have anyone apart from a few friends, she is very down and depressed and her excuse is smoking is her friend and company, same things i use to say.

So what do i do???Let her smoke in the kitchen or make her go out in the garden in the cold???

lol- haven't started yet !!! I'm only used to doing classes at the gym- running is a different thing- I have carp stamina !!
anyway- hate to sound boring but as a gym goer for the last 7 years- I have to say that I'm feeling sluggish because I'm not exercising. I never used to believe people when they said that exercising gives you energy but it does !! try it you might like it :D:D

  hi everyone, i dont really know what to suggest for someone smoking in your home, maybe get a load of stinky candles and light them up surrounding her every time she lights up as a little hint haha! incense is spose to be really stinky.

hope we're all doing great today, even tho the weather is very disheartening, rubbish! roll on the summer xx

My brother is a gym addict, not in a bad way but goes on a regular basis and hes actually quite fit and healthy. He gets lots of energy where as me, im slumped on the sofa trying not to fall asleep. But im actually small framed as it is and Im trying to put weight on(i stuff my face now) so i feel as ive never been to a gym that it wouldnt benefit me. But i know thats wrong as it may help me tone up, i still have my mummy belly from when i had my son but i want to be toned up but really cant see how im gonna have the energy for the gym

hmm maybe when il start my course i might have more energy and get into a habit.

I would love to be healthy and manage to catch up with my son-how shameful he is 5 nd runs faster than me, im out of breath when we play a little bit of footie but as his dad dont bother its down to me to play footie with him
