I'm shocked. Don't forget you've had a blip aswell. You can't go hating smokers when you was one yourself - well no-one should.

Adz - what is it with you!!!:wall: I don't hate smokers - I quite clearly am one albeit one who is trying very hard to quit and support others who are quitting too. Stop picking on me and be my friend!!

I went swimming last night, and walken the last part of my journey into work today even though it was raining - just feeling pretty good as have been very strong willed since the weekend

What.... who.... where.....

What's going on? What day is it? You wouldn't believe what happened to me!!!!

There I was minding my own business, when I must have tripped on the back step and fallen, banging my head on the way and falling in to a 'me' sized hole in the back garden!!!!

I don't know HOW those builders could have missed me, but they went and laid paving slabs all round me!!!

Poor Mrs TNG must be worried sick about where I am. I must buy her some more chocolate to make up for it.......

Afternoon all, still at it here, still chomping the champix don't get as much time as I'd like to be on here

A wee minor relapse early hours of Saturday morning bringing my son home from Casulaty:eek: but only a few pulls on my wife's ciggy so I can be excused;) Nothing more since Honest;)

2 weeks and 1 day today (minus a few pulls:o ) and I'm feeling OK, still think about the bloody things, but try to avoid times when I know I used to have 1 so fingers crossed I can keep it up

Oh finally a quick update on the drug or side effects I should say, they seem to wear off over time, on the tablets 4 weeks tomorrow and it is getting better, cramps are easing and nausia all gone;) still very flatulent though:o

Good luck to everyone going through the hell of quitting and to those still thinking about it, you know it makes sense

Well done Steve (apart from the blip)

Can you explain about the side effects (apart from the flatulence - I think we've got that one). A bit more detail. Where? How bad? etc

Might help others reading and considering Champix to find out exactly what to expect
