BigEars: Might be an idea to pick up Neal Casey or Allen Carr's books before you try the pills.......

Have a read and then tell us what you think.

As one of our Gurus, TNG pointed out, it's different for each person.
Dare I say it, I know I am a non-smoker now, but I've always been funny about pills - I may have poisoned my body with smoking (and I still enjoy a beer or two). I just find using pills unneccessarily is a bit risky too.

Hey Newsgroup, you're probably right - I'm into my 3rd day of cold turkey and just clutching at straws I guess.
I am going to pick up Allen Carr tomorrow from the library (the book, not the bloke - I hope!) so will report back on how good it is.

Hi TNG, I've slowly been making my way through it, just got excited and wanted to join in!
Currently up to p5 - wonder how long before my boss works out that I'm not actually reading important spreadsheets......hee hee
