Good for you, I used to now I am now 29 suffering from giving up (actually I am gaining, but you know what I mean!). Once you get into the crowd who smokes, it's downward.

So yes stressful, but I've kept off the fags.

Well none of my mates who I hang around with at break and lunch smoke, so I'm not in that crowd, and most of the smokers are chavs (who I have nothing in common with, and don't want to be with)

Afternoon all, just stumbled apon this thread by accident:D

Had a wee read at some of the pages and well done to all who have slayed the Dragon

Saw my Smoking Cessation counsellor at work yesterday and got my Prescription for Champix. Taken first tablet this morning after brekkie and no side effects as yet:D Craving definately reduced (or maybe its just my mind) had a few smokes today but a lot less than usual;) day 4 starts the 2 tablets then day 8 starts the 2 full strength tablets a day:eek:

Have to pick a day in week 2 to finnally quit;) anyone with any experience with Champix, any advice welcome :T
