I'm not bad but I'm really not getting through to myself with giving up the cigs!:mad: I have got 5 weeks supply of the patches ready for the off (I tried once before and lasted about a month) but today I'm puffing for Wales!:rotfl:I'll better do something soon or I'll be banned from this forum!

Adz - if you don't mind me asking, how did you start if your friends don't smoke?

Tobruk - It's been a bit of a rollercoaster since Jan this year, On and off - mostly on at the weekends!! I am still trying!!

Curiousity I think - (It was 2 years ago and my memories rubbish)

By the way, was in Asda before and noticed their smoking cessation products are on offer at £5

Well done, in the first step. I have no experience with Champix, but a friend says it was excellent - keep us posted on your progress, I would be really great to know how it works for you.

Can you only get it from the GP? I would love to give this a go if the patches fail me again.

I would highly recommend Alan Carr, I went from 20 a day to none over night, its fantastic! and dont think its hard, its not, its so easy!! xx
