Glad to be home now. My legs are killing from basketball. But I noticed I had more energy, could run faster and even sprinted!

Yes can not wait, at work for another hour and then I am gone!!!!

Yes it's quite ironic that exercise makes you feel like that when you get into it, I went to a dance class on tuesday for the first time in about 15 years and I felt great!!!
