Morning everybody, hope your all well. Day 4 in a new week for me and feel surprisingly OK, I restocked my patches with a different brand (as they were on offer) and didn't realise that they were 6mg under my previous ones!!! so I started panicking, but I am fine - which I am really pleased about.
Just reading through your posts yesterday about OH's still smoking, me and mine are quitting together, I couldn't do it otherwise, and as we are saving for our wedding next year - it just seems like such a waste of money, when it could go towards that!!

Oh yes, I think that is the biggest incentive, seeing all that money build up, between OH and I we are saving £70 pounds a week by not smoking.Official DFW Nerd Club - member no: 538
