Can't see the problem. I've used the word "dosh" since the 70s when I was an impoverished student.
In the context of "Disability and Dosh", it's simple but effective alliteration. "Dosh and Disability" would make it sound like a Jane Austen novel! ...seems to me some people are looking to be offended.0
