Evening all,
Did my weekly shop today £30.49 in mr m, so now at £139.14 / £150 with 9 days to go
Sig already updated.
According to my inventory & meal plans this is more than doable but will see.
Pleased with my spends this evening as the £30.49 included 2 packets of mince, big box tea bags, cereals, squash, other store cupboard items & plenty of fruit/veg. Could have been much worse.
Really busy weekend ahead which should hopefully mean a few nsd's.
Hope everyone has a fab weekend whatever you're doing.

That looks yum! Do you have a recipe?0 -
Good morning everyone, hope you are all OK and keeping warm and safe.
Had a quiet week while adjusting to change of meds but now catching up with things.
A couple of spends this week, one was some bits from MrT £22.56 and the proper shop at Sains of £114.02 so total of £136.58.
Not going to need much other then milk this week now so I'm very happy that we are on track to be under budget this month.
Have updated sig so will now get another coffee and have a read through to see how everyone is getting on.
Take care,

Despite the fact that I thought I had been overspending all month, I have, in fact, spent just over £160 so far, including about £55 at Boots for nappies and formula! :j I think this is because some of my big shops have lasted me 10 days instead of 7, so they are all evening out over the month. However, I still have one more weekly shop to go and it will be tight getting everything I need for less than £35 to keep under my budget of £195. The good news is that the weather is so terrible that there is no way on earth I am leaving the house so we will have to make do with whatever we can find and postpone the weekly shop until tomorrow.Overpay Mortgage by £9,100 in 2013 - £9,316.16/£9,100

A quick calculation now puts me at £159.18 for the month on groceries so far - I was worried I'd overspent but actually I've overspent on eating out which comes from a different budget. Not great but I'm still on track in terms of groceries at least!! Payday next week so I should be fine as I have less than a week left before April's budget starts.Savings target: £25000/£25000
