    Morning Guys!

I'm still in shock that BargainRzl started the thread today:eek:    :D;):p

Anyway:rotfl: , have been up since 5am not feeling too good after having a bad nights kip. Have just put a fresh coffee on and think I have woken OH grinding the beans:o ...ooppss! Smells devine! May do some bacon and eggs for breakie:confused:

DD has her drama class later, then we are off to a BBQ. I love going to this particular friends house as her & hubby are excellent cooks and experiment with food. I wouldnt call them OS though as their food is expensive (over priced) and sometimes have people make their food for them:confused: ...suppose if they have the money its their choice! They have bought some special prawns and BBQ'ing them in some special sauce........yummy:D
Nearly there with the essay and have about 150 words left:T ...that is my plan for today. WM doenst need to go on, DW needs to go on after breakfast and the toilet has been cleaned.

    Anyway, hugs to all.

    Good morning to all,
I don't manage to get on here so often now. Bogged down by Sats Sats Sats, and hospital appointments, but its nice to touch base with all of the good, normal (?) folk on here now and then.
    Happy Saturday to all.

My goodness!! There are a lot of you up early on a Saturday morning!! Looks like a couple didn't get much sleep either - hope tonight is better for you.

Anyway, good morning all here already and all those who are to post later. Hasn't the weather been wonderful this week? Lets hope that it continues into the bank holiday.

I've been such a lazy toad the past couple of days - I have been happily making my Flylady list each morning and then spent the rest of the day ignoring it (!), so I'm going to spend this morning catching up on housework. This afternoon I'm going to pack a pic-nic, kids and dog up into the mini-bus and go to a local country park - the kids went to sleep at 10ish last night and were up again at 5:30 this AM!! I'm going to wear them out this afternoon so they can have an early night!

Dinner tonight is veggie tortillas and salad, dog has been walked, BM is busy making lunch-time loaf and washing machine is on. I'm getting there, need a cup of caffine now :D

Have a good day, everyone - hugs to those who need them.

    Morning all :)

havent posted for a few days although I have been around

thanks to everyone who sent PMs wishing me well in the new job, really is appreciated :)

Job itself is somewhat slow, we are working on the rollout of the new project, so there really isnt a great deal to do, so Ive been spending my days on MSN  oh well at least Im getting paid for it., I do hope next week is more productive :o Otherwise Im going to lose the will!

Have dont very poorly with my lunch making and have bought lunch 3x this week  Im not willing to do it any more.

Today I have to do some work for my second part time freelance job so Im leaving shortly as I have to go to internet cafe first to print out some docs as our printer is on its way out  so that will cost me :wall: then off to do the work whoch should take about an hour & half, then IM coming back home and then going to mr ts , where Ill be doing the weekly shop and ensuring I get some proper lunch food for us this week, this afternoon, Ill be whipping up a jumbo chilli, soup, and a spag bol for the freezer, OH likes to take batch for lunch too so he can pop in the micro when he gets his lunch.

Aside from that I have to sort out loads of money stuff this afternoon, Ive cheques to send Isas to open and court claims to file.

other than that not a great deal going on today. Jazmine is better now :D:D but she is eating liike a horse, so Ive taken a spare portion of steak pie filling out of the freezer for her for later, i do spoil her but she has been ill I suppose and she is obviously starving.

We might go out for a drink later as theres a jazz singer on in one of our local bars, that'll be nice as long as we dont spend too much money :)

have agreat moneysaving day everyone :D
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

:hello: Gooooooood Morning fellow OS'ers :D:D:D

Still grey and breezer out, in two minds whether to put the laundry out or simply save any panic and hang it indoors?

No outings planned for the BH W/end mainly need to play catch up on the home front. I do need to get some baking done though, feel some jam crumblies coming on

Hope those who are having a challenging weekend (be it physically, emotionally or practically) get through day in one piece.
Jockett - enjoy your "me" time :T

Wishing you all a super moneysaving Saturday :D

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Morning! :j

1 more sleep til Florida! and as a result I am not sleeping that well! far too excited! Sad at my age I know!:o I doubt that we will be able to get back to america for quite a while (unless we win the lottery!) so will make the most of it and stock up on ziplock bags (so hard to get over here) and craft materials.

We are seeing my Auntie, Uncle and cousin before we come home and cousin has requested sherbet fountains as she hasn't had one for years :D. We have found some wedding cards of my Aunties from 50 years ago that I am surprising her with, I think she thought they were lost forever! They are beautiful and were sent to her from the primary school children that she used to teach back then!

Went to see my friend in hospital last night, she is still unable to eat and so very thin also no sight in one eye and a bit blurry in the other but she is still managing to knit the most beautiful blue baby blanket for a friends grandson! She is quite an inspiration!

Oh is off to get dd soon with hopefully all she needs (passport etc) I have written a checklist (nagging from afar!;) ) then in to town for some last bits of shopping and a manicure! My nails are shocking after so much gardening.

Congratulations to Maralum on the birth of baby Freya!:T

Topher - lovely to see you posting again

Kyle - is there anything you want me to check out while we are in Orlando?

I can't believe that we will be at Discovery Cove swimming with dolphins on Wednesday!

    (((Hugs))) to all

    Good Morning All

Didnt get on here for long yesterday so hope everyone is ok, (((hugs))) if not & for those not sleeping.

Builders were in yesterday & has they were scraping the artex off the ceilings the house was covered in dust again. When they went we cleaned up quite well so am reasonably happy today.

Got up at 7am which is a lie in for me. Day ahead of washing drying and ironing, is overcast here so Queenie Im going for the hanging outside and fingers x'd option.

OH will take DS footie training and I will walk the puppy over there later. Its amazing you would think he'd had his bits off Monday he's as mad as a hatter.

Dinner will be spicy coated chicken in wraps and lunch will probably be sausage rolls. DD at a sleepover at the moment and I think is meant to be around another friends this afternoon, another sleepover has been mentioned but I hope not as I hate them and she is child from hell when she gets home.

Anyway best be off - need to get in the shower.

Have a great Bank Holiday Weekend.

Edited to say - Congratulations Moggins!

Catznine - am completely jealous. Ive got 8 months before we go - have a brilliant time.

    Good Morning every1,

Hugs to all who want/need them. My heart to goes out to the 3yr old in Portugal this morning.

I've run out of milk and couldn't have my caffiene fix - kiwi and a glass of water was no substitute at all!!

DD's have got dancing from 9-10 so I will come back and have a quick tidy and put washing away. I got so much done yesterday that I feel a bit lost today!! My parents are coming up at about 11 and will stay til 5ish. I've got no money left at all from my Unnecessary Budget but I feel that because they've paid all the petrol to come up here that I should pay for food etc when they are here. I haven't got a dining table/chairs and it's beneath them to eat on their laps - even tho they're too polite to day.

I hope every1 has a good day and will come back later and see what every1's up to.

    Luv Jxx

Edited to add that I've had a crap nights sleep - am def buying pull-ups even though DD1 is 6 in June. 4 times last night - I just can't cope and feel able to burst in to tears if sm1 says boo to me.
