Can someone help me here?
I bought a phone back in Feb. It's on O2 | 11 months free line rental on a 12 month contract.
Now I'm a little bit confused as to which bills i send.
The bills I've had so far:
1. Feb | Part Month - 08/02 - 22/03 and then 23/02 - 22/03: £64.16
2. Mar | 22/03 - 22/04: £35
3. Apr | 23/04 - 22/05: £35
I would say send the 4th Bill - i.e. the one I'll receive in May but I've read some conflicting info on various other threads where people have been advised by CPW to send June's bill.
So you experience peeps - which bill would you send?
Cheers

Trust yourself: May bill is the one to send for CPW cashback.Mark Hughes' blue and white army0 -
I'm pretty sure you send the 4th bill you have actually received. Some people mistakenly think that the first bill might count as 2, (as it covers parts of 2 months) which would make April the 4th bill. You are correct, it's the May one."Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.0

@yus876 I got exact same contract as you started on 9Feb.
You have to send in the bill you get on about 23rd May. As it's your 4th Airtime bill. Your Feb bill Has two elements of Line rental(08/02-22/02 & 23/02-22/03) and one element of airtime charges(08/02-22/02)
Next would be the bill you get in September(8th Airtime bill).
Only the Final Bill will be the 13th bill you receive i.e Feb 2008.
Note: this is what I've done on my last two contract with CPW BUT this is the first on 02 network0 -
thanks all and again - sorry to hijack this thread.0

OSPS and CPW
Overall - I would agree, OSPS Customer Services at least respond to you compared to nasty Phones2udirect. I have had hassell getting cash back from OSPS and did end up emailing C Dunstone and dealing with Andrew but eventually got the cash back. With Phones2udirect, I am on Monday issuing the County Court Summons.0 -

Coal32 - can you please advise my brothers deal. Similar to ours but was taken on 16/02 and is on the 250 package. His bills
Feb: 16/02 - 28/02: £13
01/03 - 31/03: £30
Apr: 01/04 - 30/04: £30
May: 01/05 - 31/05: £30
So for him - would it be his next bill ie June's?
Thanks again0 -
Yus786, Did he get a second bill for March? (can't see it in your post) If he did then he will claim cashback at the same time as you. i.e. first claim would be by sending bill received in May (4th Bill).
However if his first bill was received in March then he needs to send the one he get in June.0 -

Just checked his online bills and on the left - all it shows is Feb, April and May (the dates are above). No March
So i'm assuming he'll have to send his next bill ie June0 -
I agree GTZ but where are you going to get your next cashback mobile contract from ?
I would like to go with CPW for my next contract but I don't see any good deals on their websiteat the moment.
I am just about to claim my 5th and final cashback from coolnewmobiles and I don't feel comfortable about taking a new contract with them due to the experience I have had.
JJ
Reason for their 'not so good' deals is they DO intend to honour majority of them. Unlike nearly ALL other companies.
Sometimes they need a push but they alwaya pay up.0
