Keep it simple is my advice - it just needs an extra line to the effect that the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court have upheld the Huzar judgement, confirming technical problems are not presumed to be extraordinary circumstances. Have you read my guide? (I updated it post-Huzar)0

Hi Vauban,
Many thanks, Yes I tried to read it, but got myself confused .
I'll try another letter , then if not, I will try the CAA or small claims or a law firm...Life is like a boomerang, you get what you give ...:o0 -

Hi,
Back in September I was delayed on a Wizz air flight for around 6 hours, along with 3 friends. I complained to the airline asking for compensation as per this website's advice but Wizz air rejected the claim.
Several months on the CAA have agreed that I do have a case and have asked Wizz air to compensate me but they have refused. I am based in England, where do I go from here? is it actually possible for me to take this further as they do not have a presence in the UK?
Any advice would be great
Thanks0 -
