    Claims need to be made from the "operating air carrier" rather than the one who ticketed it, although, as ever, the success of a compensation claim will depend on the root cause and the extent to which it was within the airline's control.

    Was "a 1 minute late landing time" a typo?  Must have been a pretty tight connection to be jeopardised by that sort of 'delay'!

    The connecting time was 45 mins, and before booking I researched that it was possible. Yes it was a I min delay on landing. There were a few people in the same situation. But talking to others later, they usually hold the connecting plane when this happens.
