What do you mean by good? As long as you are exercising enough to keep fit and maintain your weight then it is fine.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 492 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts0 -

Hi P_U - manythanks for your kind offer.
I have recently started running and am in training for the great south run in October. I'm loving the effect it's having on my legs but the rest of me is still quite flabby - although getting smaller:D. Is there anything I can incorporate into my running that will tone other areas such as bingo wings and tum?
Thanks again:)

Hi annie, that's great you are training for the GSR! I am sure you will have a brilliant time running it
Have you thought about buying some small dumbells (2-3kg) and doing some upper body weights, such as a few bicep curls? That will help to tone up your arms - alternatively there is always good old push ups - brilliant for creating Madonna-esque armsOfficial DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 492 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts0 -
