Mine is £26 per month by DD and I have access to classes, pool as well as gym. I get a reduced rate for being over 60 (one of the few benefits of getting older )
This covers me to use facilities at any of the centres in Cornwall, not just the one I registered at.0 -

What a waste of money and energy.
Get yourself an allotment - made me fitter than a Gym ever did and something to show for all the energy at the end of it. Plus its only £30 a year.0 -

My allotment didn't make me fitter than the gym did, in fact the allotment society was full of people with health problems, and I have a huge vegetable garden now anyway. I pay £16.99 per month (no contract) for use of a 24hr gym with free classes. I joined this bank holiday weekend for a £5 joining fee and got a free induction/PT session included. The only downside is that they don't have a pool and I enjoy swimming. If I go once a week I'm making my money back0

I'm in London and my rolling contract costs me £69 PCM that includes the pool, classes, sauna, steam, ice room and if I had any talent then I could use the tennis courts.
My mate is a maintenance engineer at a gym where the fees are about £10,000 per year if you pay monthly reduced to about £6500 if you pay up front but then again you'll get to work out with Daniel Craig, Pierce Brosnan, Kylie and the like.0
