  • Good morning :D

I have updated my list, and need to do something now :o I have achieved level one today so far (HHMe time!)

DH is wrapping up DD1's birthday presents (her birthday was 2 weeks ago! But we are not seeing her until tomorrow) We need to work out what we are having to eat at the weekend (DD1 & BF staying, and have invited family round on Sunday for tea & cakes). I think we are going to take doggy for a walk now before I pick up my new girly from play group at 12.

DS's wrist still hurts, although he slept ok. He wanted to go to school because he has quadruple science today - which he loves! He also has music, but we have written him a note as I don't think he will be able to play his clarinet if they ask him to :( If it is still painful after school, we will take him up to A&E.

Ok - need to get myself sorted for a dog walk - I haven't been out with him for ages!! (DH always does it recently)

New finger pricker kind of ordered for DS3.. nurse is on leave so none available so going through the paeds is proving difficult.

Babies bathed and dressed... they both look reasonably presentable for 5 minutes.

OH in an @r$e for some reason.. may have tgo stick a rocket under him and find him a few tasks to keep him occupied.

I have an empty wheelie bin begging to be fed..

And DS3 can muck out the stinky boing

  • Well, I did load DW after playing hunt the crockery all over the house, and threw lots of stuff out. Didn't get as far as S&S even though it shouldn't take long as Skint Baby decided to give her lungs a good airing:rotfl: followed by a large decluttering of her bowels that her disposable was ill equipped to handle - so the washing machine will have to go on shortly  a bit cross as I don't even have half a load to go on (unless I cheat and stick it in the utility sink with Biot£x and stick it through on a boil wash on Sunday when there will be several full loads needing my attention :money:)

Still Skint Baby has had a lovely big bath with me, which she loved. DS thought he would be a kind big brother and give her EVERY SINGLE ONE of his bath toys to play with, so I now have to go and retrieve said toys and try and get them dry before putting them away before we leave in a bit.

DS is bouncing full of beans and is going like a tornado today, toys and all sorts of gibble is being pulled out and DS is having an episode of "selective deafness" so before I can cajole him into putting stuff away more gibble is being extracted.

Very tempted to put both of them in the car now and go and fill up with petrol and get DS to fall asleep in the car then can whizz round quickly and get it to a state I can leave it in :(

Time to make some lunch, do that S&S and fire the DW off!
The cold never bothered me anyway

Kitchen done apart from the floor, didn't want to make a mess so went to the chip shop!!! Lunch scoffed, going to have a drink while food settles and get on with my jobs............xx
  • Well, I didn't get out with the dog as i left it too late & wouldn't have got back in time for pre-school pick up :o
Instead I cleaned the downstairs toilet & basin, made some potato & leek soup, and ate a frog (checked the first aid box). I have made a list of what needs replacing (nothing missing, but unopened packets are now 'out of date') I don't understand why triangular bandages (which never come into contact with open wounds!) would have an expiry date anyway! More pennies!!
At least i can cross that off my list now :)

DH is having a late bath, and then he said he will do the upstairs bathroom :T

    Hello ladies,

    Happy Birthday Vanilla x

Today has been a day of putting away gibble and loading the WM.

Phone has not stopped ringing! I've booked myself onto a course tomorrow so I will have to be sensible at tonight's girls night out.

Had a change of plan. All downstairs floors hovered and cleaned. Now having my cuppa. Text friend to see if she fancied a cuppa, she is on her way down the caravan, she has a small camper that she uses in the winter. She has gone down to make a new cover for her boat, I'm not jealous, I'm not jealous!!!!!

    Happy Birthday Vanilla xx
