  • Happy Birthday Dusty :)

Shopping done, all put away and lunch eaten.

I was going to spend the next 3 hours studying but I've now got a change of plan.... DH has asked me to deliver some documents this afternoon and DD2 has phoned to say after school club is cancelled today so she needs collecting at 4 o'clock rather than 5.30. So, my new plan is to spend the next hour or so flying at home then go out about 3.30 to deliver docs and collect DD from school. After tea (HM pizza) and kitchen S&S, I can study as DH out this evening :)

Only had a quick scan of the thread whilst finishing my coffee but now I need to go and do a couple of things off the list....
    master bedroom.... HHC 2.15-2.45 anyone???

    Cake x

Hoppy Birdday Dusty  I hope you're having a good day.

Managed to give the loo and hand basin a good clean yesterday, despite a small canine underfoot.:D

We changed over a load of the newspaper on the floor last night - it was still clean, but badly torn and scuffed up with Mary trailing across it numerous times.:o

Also, Mr LW has today taken a black bag full of too-tatty-for-even-the-charity-shop clothes to the textile bank near his office, so that's a good declutter.:o

I'm reading the Fred but in all honesty, most of what I read isn't sticking, because I'm so bloomin' tired, so forgive me if I'm failing to comment on things I should.:o

Oh.... sorry to be ignorant, but what's a BFP please? :o

Todays 'evil mother badge' goes to... me...

DD3's (awful spoilt little brat) friend is moving in a few doors up and I refused to let DD3 go help them move! She is 12 so will be as much use as a chocolate teapot and more a hinderance than a help. and if she wants to move stuff about she can start with the crap in her bedroom and this house!!!

I am going to throw things in the bin in celebration of my badge and I may feel the need to stuff OH in the loft!

i went slightly over the HHC and i promised myself coffee if i got it all done.

LOL pigpen totally agree tell her to pretend shes moving and to move her dirty laundry to the basket and move some dust about in her own room. i would imagine she wouldnt be there long anyway before they both got sent back to yours out of the way and you'd end up being unpaid childminder. which if they are moving close is a role you DONT WANT to set yourself up for.

want to try and have rest of my list finished tonight as DH is off work tomorrow, DS2 is canoeing (on the local canal, so he'll need disinfecting when hes done if he falls in:eek:) i can get all my own shopping type tasks done tomorrow and deliver the CS stuff but i doubt ill get a chance to come in and do tomorrow list. anyway guessing ts the kids rooms so they can do them theirselves or put up with it till next week;)

going out for a drink tonight then back for hm lasagne and watching water for elephants, ive read te book and hoping the film is as good.

Not much flying for the last 48 hours, sleep deficit is catching up on me, although Mount Washmore was all folded and nearly all put away before Health Visitor arrived this morning

Just been told the EX is not going to be able to take DD2 to her Uni open day, even though I was sending her the first 70 miles to him by public transport.

So now I am weighing up the pros and cons of trying to do the drive myself on Saturday Morning for 3 hours on no sleep (if Skint Baby Holly proves true to recent form), calling a complete abort on the mission (past experience shows if you miss the open day you don't quite get the same "feel" just walking round with one lecturer) or decluttering the Credit Card and splitting the journey into smaller chunks over Friday afternoon and evening, then snatching whatever nap I can at a Travelodge close to the Uni, fling DD2 to walk across town to the Uni and then decide if I need to have a late checkout and catch some more ZZZ's to do the drive back late in the afternoon.

Well, time to ponder that one as I re-enter Daisy mode.

Congratulations Opti-Mum a line is a line:j:j:j, don't go to crazy with the flying these early days, time to rest and enjoy CAKE!
The cold never bothered me anyway

The Filing Frog is being munched. I'm still working on Monday's 60 in 60 task, and I've decluttered more than 60 items every day from this wretched office of mine. I loathe it being this disorganised.

    Happy birthday Dusty.
    Better is good enough.
